Complete text and image edits and color adjustments in a timely manner. Proof the interior and cover of title. Notify printer vendors when files have been uploaded via FTP. Keep track and update all assigned titles on a reprint schedule database. Archive and organize interior and covers of titles back to server with the correct folder structure.

Duties as a Graphic Design Coordinator: Prioritize and distribute incoming graphic design jobs. Create new design layouts for banners, trade show booths, vinyl banners, table throws, and other various wide-format signs. Communicate with clients via telephone and email regarding their changes and preferences. Ability to work quickly and efficiently under very tight deadlines. Check approved artwork before being sent to in-house printers.
